Led the planning and design of a new wayfinding system for Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, improving how visitors navigate the campus and understand destinations across the site. The work included a redesigned campus map, district-based color coding, large orientation maps, directional signposts, and a family of custom signage elements developed to create a clearer, more cohesive visitor experience.
The project balanced readability, accessibility, brand consistency, fabrication requirements, and the realities of a complex public environment—translating a large, evolving campus into an intuitive system that helps visitors understand where they are, where they’re going, and how to get there.
