Project manage public art initiatives from early planning through implementation, coordinating artists, community partners, City staff, vendors, schedules, budgets, and project requirements. The work includes developing scopes, facilitating stakeholder input, managing approvals and fabrication logistics, and keeping projects aligned with the cultural context and goals of the site.
The role sits at the intersection of community, design, and delivery—helping turn public art concepts into feasible, well-coordinated projects that can successfully move from idea to installation.
